MISSION
To be an environment conducive to education and enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching.
About EMCL
JTI EMCL preserves sources of technical knowledge and it is divided into two sections:
1. Foreign Section
2. Arabic Section
One of its substantial duties is to support the scientific methodology at the JTI. The library is open for 14 hours every day, except Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. It provides employees and students with several knowledge formats e.g. printed books, scientific-program CDs for the special training curricula, Video CDs, in addition to the local daily newspapers.
