Due to the importance and role of entrepreneurship, SMEs  in building of national economy, and responding to the plan of national transformation 2020 and vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 to develop the entrepreneurship and support the entrepreneurs in the Kingdom. Excellency of Jubail Governor Mr. Abduallah Al-Askar was visited Industrial Development Center IDC at Jubail Technical Institute JTI on Thursday 23/2/2017, he was welcomed by General Manager of Colleges and Institutes Sector Dr. Ali Asiri with presence of IDC cooperation partners from private sector.

   This visit to IDC comes as interest and belief of His Excellency in the importance of developing of SMEs and entrepreneurship to build strong national economy and contributing in economic development and Compatible with National Transformation Plan 2020 in the Kingdome By providing a suitable environment for entrepreneurs of services to help them in transfer their ideas into successful and sustainable projects.

   In the beginning of the visit, presented a short film about IDC toward entrepreneurs , also presentation regarding the services, financial methods which providing to entrepreneurs and some statistics about entrepreneurs numbers in the IDC science IDC established, also some of IDC cooperation partners were presented welcome speech to Jubail Governor, they pointed out to the nature of cooperation between them and IDC to support entrepreneurs.

   Then were taken guests a tour around IDC workshops to see entrepreneurs projects, also the guests visited IDC-women section.

   His Excellency was pride and admiration for the role of RC in supporting entrepreneurship projects, and the role of IDC distinctive toward entrepreneurs. In the end of the visit were delivered Shield of IDC to the governor appreciated to his supporting to the entrepreneurship and social development.
