​Industrial Development Center "IDC" at JTI presented a training course to entrepreneurs, titled "Strategic Planning and Decision Making" for men and women sections for one week. Where this training course comes as a part of IDC programs for entrepreneurs and incubatees. 

The course  provided trainees with skills and knowledge necessary in the concept and importance of strategic planning & decision making for SMEs, as well as the steps and methods of preparing strategic plan for the business projects, and how to determine the objectives on the short and long term.
